xSJSS Sydney Alumnae reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event hosted by the xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee may use the photograph/video in publications or other media material produced, used, or contracted by xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee, including but not limited to brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, websites, etc.
 
A person attending a xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee hosted or advertised event who does not wish tohave their image recorded for distribution should make their wishes known to the photographer and the event organisers or contact xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee via email stating their intentions and include a photograph. xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee will use the photo for identification purposes and will hold it in confidence.
 
By participating in a xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee event or by failing to notify xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee in writing of your desire to not have your photograph used by xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless, and indemnify xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
 
Any person or organisation not affiliated with xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee may not use, copy, alter, or modify xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee photographs, graphics, videography, or other similar reproductions and recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from xSJSS Sydney Alumnae committee.
