Registration

Q. Is there a deadline for registration?

Deadlines are as follows:

Registration and Dinner Dance - May 15, 2018.

Hunter Valley Wine tour and the Floriade in Canberra - June 30th, 2018.

Q. Are we able to register and pay on the day?

We would prefer and encourage everyone to register and pay by the set dates. The reason being, we do need to pay for the events we have organised for our Reunion programme and have negotiated hard for the best prices. If we do not meet the due dates for the full payments to be made then the costs are increased which will mean an increase in costs for all events for everyone.

Q. How do we access the discounted airfare on Fiji Airways? And where do we enter the code?

You can only access this by paying online. Type in the code into the box where it says Coupon. Note the travel dates etc.

Q. If we were to pay for everything now, is there going to be a refund if we are not able to travel?

If it is due to visa application, I would encourage everyone to apply for their visas now before paying any monies towards the reunion. And applying now would alleviate any stress etc.

An example – My nephew is due to travel over to Sydney in June 2018.

He lodged the application for his visa on Thursday 15/2 and received his visa on Monday 19/2/18.

In answer to the question of refunds, I suppose if it were due to special circumstances, we would try and find a way of refunding. However, everyone must be aware that the committee is not making any profit for the fees charged to the Alumnae for registration and all events.

All monies paid are solely for payment of the organised events. Which also means, that to refund, we would need to do so, out of our own pockets.
